Launch Day Content Proposal
Prepared for Tom O'Brien & Ryan Young · Padel Project UK

Shoot it like a brand new club opening.

The signage changes, the kit changes, and for one Sunday the club is full of the people who actually play there. It's the right day to get the stills, the drone and a full graded clip library sorted in one go.

01 · What we capture

The three things you said you need

Tom was clear about the priority order on the call, so it's built around that.

The stills, 50 of them
Roughly the split you talked through: about 10 of the signage and branding, 20 of people playing, and 20 to 30 of the courts and the club. I shoot far more than that on the day, upload the full gallery, and you select the 50 you want edited.
The drone, included
Photos and video of the full site from the air. The only drone shot you've got at the moment is from when the club was still half built, so this replaces it.
The B-roll library
A few hundred clips, every usable one colour graded. I'll frame them both ways so they work vertically for reels and landscape for the website background loops.
02 · The day

How the day runs

Based on the running order Ryan described on the call.

09:00
Empty courts
Ryan blocks the courts 9 to 10 so I can get the signage, the kit and the empty courts shot properly before anyone turns up. Bracketed stills, working inside the court.
10:00
The tournament
Tie-break 10s, 20 pairs, every court busy. This is where I get the range of ages, abilities and genders that actually play at the club.
13:00
The exhibition
Ryan and three others playing at the standard you want the club known for, with free courts and a crowd around them.
14:00
Staged matches
Three games, 15 minutes each, on a court you've blocked off. This is where I get the close-ups, the racket mounted shots, and a proper run at more photos without a tournament going on around me.
03 · What you receive

Everything from the day, graded

  • 50 edited photos, selected by you from the full gallery. I upload everything I shoot, you pick the 50 you want, I edit those
  • All the video footage from the day, every usable clip colour graded and sent over, not a chosen handful
  • Drone photos and drone video of the site
  • Footage framed twice, vertical for reels and landscape for website background loops
  • Empty court, signage and new kit stills, shot before a single player arrives
  • Staged match footage, three games at 15 minutes each, including the close-ups and the racket mounted shots
50
Edited stills
You choose them from the full gallery. Quality over quantity, as Tom put it.
04 · Investment

One number for the day

The shoot and the editing, both in. Nothing to add on afterwards.

Everything included, shoot and editing
£1,000 + VAT
How the number is built
  • Six hours on site, Sunday 9 August, 9am to 3pm, priced between my half day and full day rates: £750
  • 50 edited stills, selected by you from the full gallery: £500
  • Drone photos and drone video: included
  • All the video footage, every usable clip colour graded and sent over: included
  • Travel: nothing, I'm a 60 second drive from the club
  • Standard total: £1,250. Your rate for this first one together: £1,000 + VAT

Payment that protects you. 50% deposit, £500 + VAT, to lock Sunday 9 August in the diary, and the other 50% on delivery. You don't pay the balance until the gallery and the footage are actually in your hands.

Nothing hidden. No travel charge, no drone surcharge, and no separate fee for the editing or the grading. If the day were to run materially longer than the running order above, we'd talk about it on the day, never afterwards on an invoice.

05 · Next steps

What happens from here

The date is the only genuinely time sensitive part, so that's the one to sort first.

06 · After the 9th

Where this could go

Let's get this one done first. Once you've seen what comes back there's the day with Ryan you mentioned, the reels and hooks Tom wants to get into, and the other clubs. All easier to talk about with a library already there.

Let's launch it.

Tom, say the word and I'll get Sunday 9 August locked in. I know you're on annual leave this week, so there's no rush from my side. The date is the only thing that's time sensitive.
